Returns policy

If you change your mind about a product you receive, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item(s) is delivered. 

This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase where an item has been used. 

You are permited to insepct the item and unpack it if necessary.

The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to personalised items such as bespoke saunas, steam rooms or hot tubs, or where a specific colour finish has been applied.

To cancel a contract please contact support@AqualineHotTubs.co.uk with the details of your order. 

Please pack the item you wish to return securely and attach the returns number given to you. If you cannot do this you must let us know immediately. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.

For larger items such as saunas we can arrange collection from your residence at your cost. 

If you wish to return an item outside of time period given under the Distance Selling Regulations, this will be at our discretion. 

You must not have used the goods and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. There may be an additional administration charge of up to 15% of the purchase price of the goods returned.
